The name comes from a legend that the brewery had a particularly friendly cat who responded with joy to the name Bon-Chien (good dog).

When the cat died, the brewery staff made a ceremony of sanctification and decided to dedicate this amazing vintage beer for the animal.

A beer that has matured for one year in barrels used for aging wine in the best Swiss winery.

The very strong amber color comes from this aging process.

The aroma also becomes extremely complex.

And the taste reminds fruity wines with a pronounced acidity.
