Beer: Ithaca

The Brazilian version of the traditional Imperial Stout, with burnt rapadura.

Descrição:
Country of origin: Brazil
Alcohol Content: 10,5%
Style: Imperial Stout
Bitterness: 50 IBU

Brazilian version of the traditional Imperial Stout, again with the recipe’s star rapadura, but now in its burnt version, which gives a darker color to the drink.

The mixture with roasted hops also brings longevity to this beer, which has flavors that evolve over time. Ideal for storage for a few months before tasted.

But beware, it is recommended to keep it in a cool dark place in mild temperatures.
