Beer: Cauim

A beer that represents very well the Brazilian culture: a well harmonized mixture of raw materials from various places of the world.

Descrição:
Country of origin: Brazil
Alcohol Content: 4,5%
Style: Premium American Lager
Bitterness: 17 IBU

Its name comes from Tupi (Brazilian indigenous language) and refers to an ancient brew of cereals and cassava, manufactured by Brazilian Indians.

Despite being written Pilsen on the label, this beer is an American Lager with a typically Brazilian ingredient: cassava. This mixture produces a clear, refreshing and slightly bitter beer.

Very international recipe: German yeast, imported malt, Czech hops and Brazilian cassava.

An ideal choice for hot days and to harmonize with seafood and strong cheeses.
