The Lost in Translation IPA Brett is the second partnership of the gauchos with the Danish Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, from Evil Twin.

This recipe brings together barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops and Brettanomyces, the traditional yeast found on the outskirts of Brussels.

A beautiful golden beer with little resistant white cream, aroma notes pulling a sour light, kind used yeast.

The citrus flavor, sour and herbal blend in very well with the end gently bitter.
