Beer: Tupiniquim Chocolate

A stout with the addition of cane sugar, with a very interesting sense of chocolate

Descrição:
Country of Origin: Brazil
Alcohol Content: 4,9%
Style: Sweet / Cream Stout
Bitterness: N/A

Tupiniquim Chocolate is a Sweet Stout that receives addition of sugar cane sugar in the recipe.

A beer with a dark brown color very close to black and a beautiful relatively resistant beige cream.

The aroma is marked by chocolate and in the background, caramel and vanilla.

The suggestion of coffee, natural in a beer using roasted malt is almost imperceptible, which values the sweetness.

In the mouth, chocolate is the first sensation, but the hops’ bitterness and roasted malty notes contrast to balance the flavor.
