Another recipe made by Tupiniquim in collaboration with a consolidated brewery in the world. This time, along with Brian Strumke, from the American Artisanal Stillwater, the result is a slightly alcoholic Saison.

The most interesting is that this beer has two very typical Brazilian ingredients: it takes cashew and mango.

In addition, the yeast used is the Brettanomyces, strain that has received a lot of attention recently.

The result is a cloudy beerwith flavor and creamy of both fruits, especially from the mango.

The balanced acidity with citrus notes of fruit gives a unique freshness.
