A Belgian Witbier made with dried organic orange slices (not only the orange peels), fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander.
Namaste was originally brewed at Dogfish Head’s pub in Rehoboth Beach with Leo from Birra del Borgo brewery to raise money to help their friend Armand from Fonteinen Brewery who had lost about 100.000 bottles of lambic and gueuze beer in storage.
The name and the basic idea of this beer came from Sam Calagione‘s wife.
A beer that harmonizes well with roasted turkey, Caesar salad and pasta with cream sauce.
