This sweet yet dry beer is made with ingredients found in 2,700-year-old drinking vessels from the tomb of King Midas. Somewhere between wine and mead, Midas pleases the chardonnay and beer drinker alike.

You can fell all kind of flavors: honey, saffron, papaya, and melon.

Since at that time hops where not know to brew beer, the bitterness comes from the saffron, which gives the beer a great aroma as well.

A beer to drink with curries, baked fish and chicken.
