La Chouffe was established in 1982 and today represents 80% of the brewerys sales.

Its refermented in the bottle and is not filtered. It features fruity notes, but the presence of spices is also a very strong feature.

Very carbonated, with citric and herbal flavors due to the addition of coriander.

An extremely refreshing and enjoyable beer without losing its character.
