Beer: 120 Minute IPA

Considered by many the Holy Grail for hopheads!

Descrição:
Country of origin: U.S.A
Alcohol Content: 15-20%
Style: American IPA
Bitterness: 120 IBU

Boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops.

This is supposed to be the world’s strongest IPA.

You should drink this beer cool, not cold.

It has a great residual sugar, so it is good to laydown for some years, creating a incredible complex new flavor.

This beer is great with smoked almonds, smoked meats and grilled lamb.

Beers: Strong (more than 9%)
