A complex and delicate beer, made with yeast from the Champagne region, made through the traditional champenoise method.

Golden and translucent color, aromas that recall the white wine and citrus notes.

Spends nine months maturation in a cellar built especially for this process with controlled temperature and humidity.

Great for a celebration or to enjoy with oysters, lobsters or fruits.
