INGREDIENTS

300g Spent grains

800g Flour

350ml Milk

55g Honey

20g Bread Yeast

14g Salt

15g Butter

DIRECTIONS

1.) In a bowl, place all the ingredients and mix well.

2.) Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.

3.) Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for two hours.

4.) Knead the dough again for few minutes and place it into a rectangular greased bread pan

5.) Cover it again and let it rise for another hour.

6.) On pre-heated oven at medium temperature, bake for 1 hour.
