INGREDIENTS

3 pork ribs
1 garlic clove
1 small onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
2 green apples peeled and cut into large cubes
330 ml of Pale Ale beer
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Pork ribs:
1.) Season the pork ribs with the crushed garlic, pepper and salt. After that, wrap it in foil.

2.) In a baking dish, also lined with foil, place the ribs.

3.) In preheated oven on medium heat, roast the ribs for 90 minutes.

4.) Remove the foil and let the ribs roast for another 10 minutes, now in oven at high temperature.

Vinaigrette:
1) Chop the onion, the cucumber and the tomato into small cubes, season with salt, pepper and vinegar.

Apples in beer:
1.) Add the apples, beer, brown sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.

2.) Let it cook for 20 minutes over medium heat or until apples are tender.

Add the ribs, apples and vinaigrette on the plate and enjoy !!
