Duck Glazed with Geuze Beer
BE Glazed Duck


4 duck’s legs
8 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 small bottle of Geuze beer (330ml)


1.  Mix the honey, the soy sauce and the Geuze beer.
2.  Add pepper to taste.
3.  Let the meat marinate in the sauce for 30 minutes.
4.  Put the legs on a grid in a oven tray.
5.  Brush them with the sauce and slide them into the preheated oven at 140°C.
6.  Every twenty minutes brush the sauce on the meat.
7. Leave the duck legs in the over for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Tip: Shred the duck, add some chopped leeks and serve it with small oriental pancakes.
