A great twist in a very well know recipe to give an extra flavor!

Ideal to boost flavor of your steak, baked potatoes or vegetables. Y

ou will impress your guests!


125 grs of unsalted butter softened but not melted.

2 teaspoons of minced fresh thyme

1 teaspoons of minced parsley

1 teaspoons of minced fresh garlic

2 tablespoons of Belgian Dubbel beer

Salt and freshly ground black pepper


1. In a small bowl, use a mixer to cream the butter, herbs, garlic and 1 tablespoon of the beer.

2. Scrape down the bowl and beaters, then mix in the remaining beer, 1 teaspoon at a time, scraping down between additions, until all the beer is fully incorporated.

3. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

4. Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap, placing on one edge.

5. Fold the plastic wrap over the butter and roll into an 11/2-inch cylinder.

6. Twist the ends closed.

7. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

*This butter is good to use for up to three months, stored in your freezer.
