Chicken in Tripel beer

1kg boneless chicken breast
1 onion, chopped
1 lemon
1 teaspoon ground mustard
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
330 ml Tripel beer
Salt and pepper



1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon.

2. Add onion and beer and leave at least thirty minutes resting.

3. Place butter slightly above the chicken pieces and put in preheated roasting oven (300°F).

4. Drizzle the meat every 10 minutes with its own sauce.

5. Leave in the oven until it gets golden brown.
