Fullers Vintage Ale 2014
BE Fullers Vintage

Fuller’s, one of the most traditional english breweries launched Fuller’s Vintage Ale 2014, the 18th edition of this special limited edition.

This beer has been brewed with three of this years finest hop varieties from both sides of the Atlantic. Goldings, from England, has been used for subtle bitterness and American varieties Liberty and Cascade, used in dry hopping to give a zesty, grapefruit aroma.

All bottles are individually numbered and will be available from Fuller’s Brewery Shop in Chiswick, in the company’s online shop and across selected stores.

Fuller’s Head Brewer John Keeling is very pleased with this latest incarnation of the special series: “The early tasting notes for this rich brew are already revealing another genuinely tantalising vintage beer.

“As a truly distinguished bottle-conditioned ale, each vintage improves in the bottle with time. Bottle conditioning means that a little yeast is left in the bottle, which will mature slowly over the years like a fine wine or whisky - well beyond the best before date that we are obliged to state. I suggest buying a few and trying one now, trying one in five years and trying one in ten years, to see how the flavours have developed and matured.”

We were able to find it in Switzerland. The bottle has 500ml and the price is around USD 8.00.

If you find it around your city or during one of your trips, you should add this beer to your beer cellar!
