Beer and Rosemary Bread
BE Pão de Cerveja e Alecrim

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cup of flour

1 tablespoon of baking powder

½ teaspoon of salt

4 teaspoons of shredded Parmesan cheese

3 eggs

¾ cup of vegetable oil

300ml of Pilsner Beer (Trappist beer works very well, too)

4 bunches of rosemary

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven at 180°C (360 F)

2. Grease a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan

3. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt

4. In a blender, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, beer and rosemary

5. Add this mix into the mixer bow with the siftet ingredients until it combines really well.

6. Pour it into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

7. Check for doneness with the tried-and-true toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out almost clean.

Get ready because it smells so go that produces excessive salivation and uncontrolled hunger!
